Meeting was called to order by Cindy Heath at 7:04PM.

Secretary Report:  Motion to approve the minutes was made by Dan Jiracek.  Seconded by Karin Lezon.  Motion carried.

Treasurer Report:  November financials were reviewed.  The wreaths from the fundraiser have not been paid for yet.  Bill and Mike are sending out statements this week for the balances due on the travel payments.  Motion to approve the budget was made by Wendy Miller.  Seconded by Tom Blakley.  Motion carried.

Communications:  An email went out this week reminding parents about the uniform drop off last Saturday.  Any uniform that wasn’t returned that day needs to be taken to Highway Cleaners.  The entire uniform, including the garment bag and coat, is to be returned to the cleaners.  The hat is to be handed in to Mrs. Albert in the front office at school.

The start time for the general booster meetings will be 7:30PM starting January 15th due to the executive board meeting date being changed to the same day at 7:00PM.

Ways & Means:  The Spaghetti Dinner will be February 14th in the cafeteria.  It will have a Valentine’s Day theme. Volunteers are needed.

The Cupid Raffle is also in February.

Flower Sale order forms will be out in February.  Pick up is May 9th.  This is an IBA fundraiser.

The Breakfast with the Easter Bunny is March 8th.  Volunteers are needed.  Tom Blakley is looking for a shadow for next year.

Mr. Calhoon reported that the Strings concert on December 15th has been changed to the auditorium at 7:30PM.

Mr. Johnson reported that the Madrigal Dinner was a success again this year.  A special thank you to the parents that were involved.

The Kaleidoscope Concert is December 13th, at 7:00PM.  A hat and mitten tree will be set up for donations.

The Winter Guard has 2 high school guards and 1 junior high this year.
