2008 Sale Information
Dear Lincoln-Way East Music Parents: Our annual Flower Sale fund-raiser provides music students an opportunity to earn money for their Individual Band Accounts (IBA). Each student’s profit (approximately 32% of student’s total sales) can be used to pay for various music functions (i.e. travel, fees). Only the first $5 of profit that the student earns will be used to pay the cost of delivery and printing. The more flowers a student sells, the more money he or she can earn. Enclosed is an order form with this year’s selections. Please note the order form is two pages. All order forms and payment MUST BE TURNED IN BY FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 2008. Return order forms and ONE check for the total amount of the order in a sealed envelope marked “Flower Sale” to the Blue Mailbox in the music hallway. Have customers pay with cash or a check payable to you, and then write one check made payable to the Lincoln-Way East Music Boosters for the entire cost of the flower order. There is no tax. The student/parent is responsible for picking up and delivering all orders to their customers; the customers cannot pick up their flowers themselves. Pick up is one day only: Friday, May 9, 2008, from 3:30-8:00 p.m. The only orders released before 3:30 will be the orders of volunteers helping with the pick up. If you have any questions, please call Karin Lezon at 815-469-1107 or Jean Stanker at 815-469-1569. Extra order forms are available in the bins outside the music office, or through Mrs. Lezon or Mrs. Stanker. All orders must be received by: FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 2008
Pick up is Friday, May 9, 2008 at the Auto Shop, near the tennis courts on the north side of the school. Link for additional order form copies
