11:45 AM Warm-up/Rehearsal (Props go directly to show)

12:30 PM Load for show (only guard, percussion and sousaphones)

1:15 PM Arrive at show site (Eastern Michigan University)

2:30 PM Performance

3:00 PM Load equipment

3:15 PM Depart for Rehearsal Site

Tickets

Parents should know that tickets can be purchased in advance at www.bands.org or on-site at the ticket booth. A Day Pass includes a general admission prelims and finals ticket for just $21, a savings of $7. Avoid the lines and buy your tickets today!

Directions
From the West:
Take I-94 east to the U.S 23 north exit. Head North on U.S. 23 to the Washtenaw Avenue exit and turn right at Washtenaw Ave. Proceed to Hewitt Road and turn left, following Hewitt to the Rynearson Stadium parking lot. There will be Boa attendants on hand to direct you.

Video and Audio Recording:
ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDING IS ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM. THESE DEVICES WILL BE CONFISCATED. Personal still cameras are allowed. Professional videos will be available for purchase on-site.

Concessions:
Concessions will be available throughout the day. The stadium will be cleared and concessions closed between Prelims and Finals.
