The comedy revolves around a tangle of love affairs, with Wall Street brokers, an ex-evangelist-turned-night-club-singer, a debutante with her mother and her wealthy English fiance', and a gangster and his girlfriend, all included in the mixed-up scenario. With more than one case of mistaken identity, a minister and his two converts wind up in jail, and a stowaway broker's assistant spends the trip trying to win his love's affection while staying clear of his boss.
