August 10 and 11, 2005, "Official" Marching Griffins get to pick up the "official" uniform - what fun!

Thanks to Mrs. McKernin, Mrs. Albert, and Mrs. Lindley this conglomeration of uniforms is all organized and recorded.

August 10, at 8 A.M. the drumline arrives for uniform fitting and pick-up.
This group usually needs extra fitting time because they need roomier jackets to fit over percussion harnesses.

The hat needs to fit just right. We certainly would not want to see hats flying off while marching on the field.

"Next."

Each piece of the uniform is tagged to prevent the mixing up of parts. Mrs. Antonini checks on this Griffin's ID #.

Mrs. McKernin checks the fit.

Hats, hats, everywhere there were hats.

If the bibbers are too long, they can be hemmed at home, or for a very reasonable price, they can be hemmed at the cleaners.

This looks like a fine fit

Mrs. Lindley checks to see if the jacket fits properly.

"I'm done."

Spirit wear for sale. This year Mrs. Muraida has new items for sale. You just have to see the blanket. It is waterproof, and it folds to become a stadium seat, and it has pockets for storage, and I want one!

A line forms - all from the drumline.

The hat boxes are already labeled.

ID tags are attached to the correct fitted hat.

Ah! The complete ensemble

School registration is simultaneously going on, and looks who is manning the Music Boosters' table.

Madrigal Camp is going on too. Mrs. Lambert works with the Madrigal Ladies.
