Friday, October 28
4:00 PM Depart L-W East
6:00 PM Dinner in West Lafayette, Indiana

9:00 PM Check into Hampton Inn, Indianapolis – Downtown - Phone: 317-261-1200
Parents: for the benefit of our students, please try not to book a room for this same hotel while we are staying there.

5:00 AM Wake-up, Shower, Pack
5:30 AM Breakfast buffet in hotel (required for all members)
6:30 AM Depart for RCA Dome
7:15 AM Load-in time at RCA Dome (all equipment, etc.)
7:30 AM Warm-up begins
8:30 AM Preliminary Performance
9:00 AM Load-out onto truck
9:30 AM View other bands following our performance
You may want to bring money for patches and/or other souvenirs
12:00 PM Lunch at the Omni Severin Hotel - Phone: 317-634-6664

5:30 PM Presentation of Prelim. Awards at RCA Dome (students will not attend)
5:45 PM Busses Depart for Indianapolis RCA Dome
8:00 PM Regional Finals Begins
There is no guarantee we will perform in finals. If not, we will attend as spectators. Parents picking up students with Travel Releases can do so by checking them out from their bus chaperone when we arrive at the dome or following the
finals awards. Parents: you must personally find your student’s bus chaperone to take them from the group.
10:45 PM Finals Awards
11:15 PM Depart RCA Dome
1:30 AM Arrive at L-W East
Clocks change to Standard Time while we are making our way home. Please make a note of this when planning to pick up your child.
