Itinerary Information for Choir Parents
Thursday January 19, 2006, 7pm - Parent meeting for all with students in the musical.
Friday January 20, 2006 3-8pm Winter Choir Workshop - Students should have dinner with them or have it dropped off at 6:00. This is for all choir students.
Saturday January 21, 2006 9am-12pm Winter Choir Workshop - This is for all choir students.
Saturday January 21, 2006 2pm - Chorale State Convention Preview Concert.
Everyone is invited to attend.

PEORIA IMEA ALL-STATE CONVENTION
CHORALE TRIP JANUARY 26-27, 2006
What to pack:
Chorale dress or tuxedo (all parts - TRIPLE CHECK THIS)
Appropriate hosiery and footwear for concert
Khaki pants (black (if you don't own khakis)
Chorale sweatshirt (you will get it this week)
Footwear for khakis outfit
Toiletries
$ for lunch on Friday and possible spending money for the exhibits.
*Please do not bring anything extra like ipods, cd players, etc. They are not banned, but since we will be gone for less than 24 hours, I wouldn't bring it and chance losing it.

Thursday
5:00pm Meet in choir room with luggage (a duffel bag and/or hang-up bag should suffice, no large suitcases)
5:30pm Depart L-W East
7:30 Dinner Stop in Bloomington
9:00 Depart Bloomington
10:00 Hotel* Check-in
11:00 Lights Out
Friday
YOUR TEACHERS KNOW THIS IS AN APPROVED FIELD TRIP, BUT TRY TO GET YOUR WORK IN ADVANCE!!
6:00am Wake Up
7:00am Breakfast at hotel
8:00am Leave/Check-out of hotel
8:30am Arrive at Riverside Church
TBA Warm-up
9:30 PERFORMANCE!!!!!!
11:00 change into khakis and sweatshirts
11:30 free time in the exhibits: eat lunch here at concession stand, browse the college tables, and look through the music and merchandise booths
1:00 Meet at prearranged place.
1:30 Depart for Peoria with Mr. Calhoon
4:00 Approximate arrival to L-W
*Hotel is the Super 8 on War Memorial Drive in Peoria.
