Bring plenty of snacks for this trip - it's a long day. The Music Department will provide dinner: sub sandwich, chips, cookies, and water. If you'll need more than that for this itinerary, please make sure to bring it with you.
Dress: Rehearsal clothes. Bring complete uniform with you on the bus, in your hanging bag, and black Marching Griffins travel bag.
7:15 AM Band room open
7:45 AM Load busses
8:00 AM Depart LWE
Bring lunch to eat on the bus
11:30 AM Arrive at rehearsal site (Eastern Time)
Unload trucks
12:00 PM Begin rehearsal
4:00 PM Break/load trucks
4:30 PM Dinner provided
5:30 PM Depart for contest
6:00 PM Arrive at contest site (Goshen High School - address below) Unload trucks/Assemble props
6:56 PM Begin warm-up (area A)
7:22 PM Move to stadium
7:31 PM Performance
7:45 PM Load trucks
8:40 PM Awards ceremony
9:45 PM Approximate departure from Goshen H.S.

Parking is located across from Goshen High School. You may also park on the side streets around the school.
Directions to Goshen High School (401 Lincolnway East, Goshen, IN)
1) Start at 201 COLORADO AVE, FRANKFORT going toward I-80. Take ramp onto I-80 EAST toward INDIANA - drive (85.3 miles) and take exit #72/US-31-BYP onto US-31 SOUTH toward PLYMOUTH/SOUTH BEND 2) Drive (10.5 miles) on US-31 SOUTH until it becomes US-20 EAST then drive 16.2 miles/ and take the US-33 exit onto S MAIN ST[US-33] toward GOSHEN (1.9 miles)
3) Continue to follow US-33 for 5.7 miles and turn right on 3RD ST then go 0.5 mi/ Bear left on W MADISON ST and go 0.1 miles
4) W Madison will become E MADISON ST[US-33] in approx 0.5 miles
5) Continue to follow US-33 for 0.3 mi/les and you will arrive at 401 LINCOLNWAY EAST, GOSHEN, IN (Goshen High School)on the right.
