The following is a copy of the booster form for people that want to sign up for the San Diego trip. Rates listed at the top are per person rates and after the initial deposit, you may make the remainder of the rate in one-third payments. When you send in your initial deposit, you will receive an invoice/confirmation that we received your payment and this invoice will show you the remaining balance. They will be figured on how many names you have listed in your room. Please make a notation if it is a child listed.

Pricing Per Person - Land & Air Pricing
$1,103.00 per person, 4 adults per room
$1,166.00 per person, 3 adults per room
$1,291.00 per person, 2 adults per room
$1,669.00 per person, 1 adult per room
$915.00 per child for children 12 years of age or less. Note: anyone over 12 years old is considered under the adult pricing. Must be staying in room with adults paying adult per person rate. (2 adults at double rate, child at child’s rate – 3 people in room)

Deposit: A $200.00 per person deposit is due on or before September 30th to secure space on this program. Any deposits received after this date is on a space available basis only.
SPECIAL NOTE: air space is limited to 100 seats and on a "first come-first serve" basis.

11/1/06 $364.00 pp for double occupancy
12/1/06 $363.00 pp for double occupancy

Final Payment:
All final payments must be received on or before December 1, 2006
Cancellation Information:
For any cancellations made on or after September 30, 2006 there is a $100.00 per person cancellation fee. For any cancellations made on or after November 5, 2006 there is a total cancellation fee of $200.00 per person + plus the cost of the airline ticket, if applicable. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of your date of departure.
Responsibility:
International Travel, Inc. and/or its' associates have made arrangements for the tour services described in this program including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. These tour services are not actually provided by this company but by carriers, hoteliers and other suppliers providing tour services who are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of or joint ventures with International Travel or its affiliates. All travel vouchers and other travel documents for tour services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, some of which exclude their liability to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.
