We have been asked to work the corporate hospitality tents for the NASCAR race at the Chicagoland Speedway the weekend of July 14th and July 15th.

Levy Restaurants, who runs the foodservice at events such as the
Kentucky Derby, Cellular Field, & Lowes Motor Speedway, has asked us to work the Corporate Hospitality Village. The responsibilities consist of setting up the buffet tables, icing drinks, welcoming the guests, and servicing the buffet. They will pay us $125 per day per person! This is a flat rate!! All monies will be deposited into your child’s IBA account. Volunteers have to be a minimum of 18 years old.

There is a mandatory RCS alcohol training that will be held on Thursday, June 21st. There are 2 time slots – 6pm & 8pm. This will be held at the Chicagoland Speedway. Per corporate policy, all volunteers must attend this training in order to work the event.

All volunteers must fill out the attached application, which date(s)
and commit to working a full day with arrival time around 5:15am until the race starts around 3pm. Also, please list what training time slot you will be attending. All forms can either be faxed or put in the blue mailbox. Additional information will follow. This is a terrific opportunity to support our children and all their hard work.
