Become a stronger musician by learning to sight read, ear train, harmonize, and individually contribute to the greater ensemble.
Get ahead of the curve by taking summer school and/or zero hour to get the most out of your high school experience.
Own your transcript by boosting your GPA with a collaborative, performance-based class with minimal classwork, and extend your straight-A record with a class that’s more than just a grade, but an opportunity to lead, volunteer, and achieve.
Try something new during your freshman year with a music extracurricular alongside other sports and activities, and get the chance to develop your musical strengths outside of choir class.
Keep friends close by spending time with your fellow musicians you know in extracurriculars like Madrigals, musical, and vocal jazz, making memories that will last a lifetime.
Stand out by being a section leader, soloist, or an Illinois Music Education Association District/All-State musician. With challenging music and audition preparation in class, you are guaranteed to grow and succeed.
